COVID-19 Precautions

We have officially heard from the DVSA regarding the teaching of driving lessons in light of COVID-19.

JDS Automatic instructors will be available from 4th July 2020 and will put into practise government guidelines on how to reduce viral contamination and best practice for operating safe driving lessons for our students and instructors.

PPE and Best Practice

JDS Automatic instructors will follow government guidelines on best practice and PPE requirements for every lesson. Pupils should wash their hands before each lesson and wear a face covering if possible.

Vehicle Sanitisation

JDS Automatic instructors will clean the car before and after every lesson. They will pay particular attention to areas of the car that are touch points, wiping down door handles, steering wheel and all other hand controls.

Learner and instructor safety

To ensure safety, please do not attend any lessons if showing symptoms of COVID-19.
